diabetic arthropathy

A problem in the installation of therapy in patients very early in the symptoms and who do not meet diagnostic criteria for RA is the risk of treating in excess individuals with therapies that have potentially serious adverse effects.

It is possible that around half of the patients that consult in the clinics of very recent arthritis will not evolve to RA, but after one year of observation they will have improved or will present other arthropathies including viral arthritis, arthritis by pyrophosphate crystals, arthrosis, diabetic arthropathy Flekosteel, spondyloarthropathies or connective tissue diseases.
